Crumpets for breakfasts

1 - Pour the ingredients into a vessel in the following order: water, milk, vegetable oil, egg, salt and sugar.
2 - Add the flour, baking powder and fresh yeast.
3 - Select the program 10 to start.
4 - Once the program is finished, divide the crumpets with a round pastry cutter. Cook the crumpets on a family-size pan.
5 - Serve the crumpets warm with some butter melted.

- Flour (T55): 167 g
- Salt: 7 g
- Sugar: 27 g
- Milk: 167 ml
- Dry Yeast: 11 g
- Water: 300 ml
- Flour (T45): 167 g
