Panettone with olives and herbs


You can choose black olives, green olives or olives stuffed .... for this Mediterranean bread ... as long as you remove the kernels.

Preparation:
1 - Pour the ingredients into a vessel in the following order: water, olive oil, egg yolks, salt and sugar.
2 - Add the flour and yeast.
3 - Select the program 4, the weight of bread, the browning choice and start.
4 - After the first 5 minutes of kneading, add the butter.
5 - When the machine beeps, add Provencal herbs and olive halves.
6 - At the start of cooking, brush the panettone with beaten egg and sprinkle lightly with herbs.
7 - At the end of the program, turn off the machine, remove the pan and turn out the bread.

- Butter: 95 g
- Flour (T55): 450 g
- Salt: 8 g
- Sugar: 6 g
- Dry Yeast: 10 g
- Provençal herbs: 2 pin
- Pitted black olives: 95 g
- Yolk: 6
- Olive oil: 11 g
- Water: 185 ml
