1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and knead until completely blended.
2. Leave the dough to ferment for 30 minutes and cover with a damp cloth.
3. Roll out the dough and coat with sesame seeds.
4. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to proof for 1 hour 30 minutes.
5. Bake at 200 ℃ for 35 to 40 minutes.
